Has Asus gone bankrupt or something? I've tried to get to the Asus USA
website several times today, to see when one of their new motherboards is
scheduled for release here. I simply can't get anything to come up, yet I
can get anywhere else I want to go.

It's been (really) slow for a while. Go to the Global site.

In the past, my experience with their Internet presence has been
discouraging. They made the last mainboard I bought, but I wouldn't
bother going to their website. Good luck.

They have not gone bankrupt. They periodically take the site down for
maintenance and upgrades.

Does this work ? This is the master motherboard list.

http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=-1

I tried this, and it seems to work for me.

http://usa.asus.com/

Looking at their IP addresses lately (like 66.238.93.162),
it seems they've contracted out their hosting.
So the server devices themselves, are not
in a building at Asus headquarters.

It doesn't change the fact, that they don't know how to design
web pages.

And the time from "release" to delivery at places like Newegg,
can be three weeks to a month. Sit tight, and check your
retailer's web page.
